Emily Winter

Emily Winter has been working in the geospatial field since 2013. Emily began their career at Sterling Geo as a Geospatial Support Engineer and Geospatial Software Engineer, providing remote sensing and specialist UAV imagery knowledge on numerous projects. Emily was experienced using FME, QGIS and python programming, and worked on the UK support desk for queries regarding ERDAS IMAGINE. In 2018, they joined Geospatial Insight Limited as a Senior Remote Sensing and GIS Consultant. In this role, they provided consultancy and product development work on GIS and Remote sensing products, and acted as a GIS and Remote sensing software Specialist for Erdas IMAGINE and a FME certified professional.

Emily Winter attended the University of Leicester from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a BSc in Geography. Prior to that, they attended Cyfarthfa High School. No additional certifications were obtained.
