Paul Young is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder at Kita, a company specializing in carbon insurance aimed at scaling carbon removal projects. With over twenty-three years of experience in R&D within data science-focused FinTech startups, Paul co-founded several successful ventures, including Sybenetix, which was acquired by Nasdaq. Prior to founding Kita, they worked as Head of Research for Altis Partners and Managing Director of Collidr.
