Jovan Vance

Jovan Vance is a Senior Systems Engineer at Geost, Inc. since May 2021, bringing extensive experience in systems engineering from previous roles at Raytheon and Honeywell Aerospace. At Raytheon, Jovan served as the System Safety lead for a counter UAS program, ensuring compliance with DoD safety standards, and also took on the Software Safety lead for multiple initiatives. Prior to Raytheon, Jovan worked at Honeywell Aerospace, focusing on reliability predictions and failure analysis for aerospace technology products. Jovan's foundational experience includes research assistance at the University of Arizona, where contributions included developing VHDL code and co-authoring published papers. Jovan holds a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Arizona.
