Jerry Yu

Jerry Yu is a seasoned embedded developer currently serving as a Senior Embedded Developer at Geotab since November 2025. Prior to this role, Jerry spent eight years at Aviya Aerospace Systems as a Software Engineer, where expertise was developed in motor control algorithms and sensor drivers while adhering to DO-178C standards. Earlier experience includes an engineering internship at Ontario Power Generation, focusing on plant design and reliability improvements, and a tenure as a Computer Technician at Roger’s Computer Technology Inc., where proficiency in technical support and network management was demonstrated. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering with honors in Electrical Engineering from Ryerson University.
