Dimitris Sakkos

Dimitris Sakkos has extensive work experience in the field of deep learning research. Dimitris worked at Geoteric as a Senior Deep Learning Research Engineer, starting in July 2021 and currently holds this position. Prior to this, they worked as a Deep Learning Research Engineer at Geoteric from November 2018 to July 2021. Before joining Geoteric, Dimitris pursued a PhD at Northumbria University from October 2015 to August 2019. During their time at the university, they focused on image and video segmentation using deep learning techniques, designing and developing models for large datasets, and optimizing hyper-parameters.
