William Thormont

William Thormont has a diverse work experience in various engineering and software development roles. William began their career as a Graduate Engineer at Pregis in 2008, where they worked on projects related to plastic extrusion and thermo-forming machines. William then joined SSL International as a Project Engineer, focusing on medical product production lines and quality assurance. In 2010, they transitioned to Reckitt Benckiser as a Graduate Engineer before moving on to Silk Circuit as a Software Programmer/Consultant in 2011. At Silk Circuit, they provided software development and consulting services. In 2013, they joined IBEX Innovations as a Senior Software Engineer, responsible for developing new software and handling large datasets. William then moved on to Geoteric in 2018, where they currently hold the position of Principal Research Engineer.

William Thormont attended Durham University from 2003 to 2007, where they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in New and Renewable Technologies.
