Daniel Tobler

Daniel Tobler has a diverse work experience history. Daniel began their career as a Geologist at GEOTEST AG in 2000 and stayed with the company until 2009. From 2000 to 2010, they also worked as a Trekking Guide for Globetrotter - Globotrek. In 2010, they returned to GEOTEST AG as the Deputy Head of the Engineering Geology and Natural Hazard Department, a position they held until 2014. In 2015, Tobler became a Member of the Management Board at GEOTEST AG, and in 2022, they were promoted to the role of CEO. In addition to their roles at GEOTEST AG, Tobler also had experience at Geopraevent, where they served as an Advisory Board Member from 2013 to 2016 and as the Director of the Advisory Board from 2016 to 2020.

Daniel Tobler's education history begins in 1995 when they attended ETH Zürich and studied Ingenieurgeologie, earning a degree in Geologe in 2000. After that, they pursued further studies at ETH Zürich, completing a NDS Applied Earth Science degree from 2002 to 2007. In 2008 to 2009, they attended ETH Zürich again, this time focusing on Basic Management Skills. In 2014 to 2015, they studied general management and business administration at the University of St.Gallen, earning a degree in NDS KMU. Most recently, from 2019 to 2020, Daniel Tobler completed a Certifiat (CAS) in Digital Leadership and Transformation from Universität St.Gallen (HSG) Executive School, specializing in Law & Management.
