Geotime-Helios builds auditable decision infrastructure for institutional finance.
We replace black-box trading signals with glass-box decisions — where every recommendation is born with its evidence: timing rationale, position sizing logic, and audit-ready documentation.

THE TECHNOLOGY

At our core is TG® (Geometric Time) — a patent-pending temporal coordinate system where time advances on confirmed market structure events, not arbitrary clock intervals.
Validated across 28 instruments, 7 asset classes, and ~25M observations:

55–87% kurtosis reduction (median 76%) — heavy tails are a measurement artifact, not a market feature
86% causal pass rate (24/28 instruments) — the effect is structural, not statistical noise
12/12 adversarial red-team checks passed — every claim stress-tested before publication
6-year equity backtest (8.4M observations) held through COVID, Fed tightening, and the AI rally

Every artifact hash-verified and deterministically reproducible.

THE PLATFORM

Helios Converge™ transforms raw market data into defensible action:
→ TG-DaaS (Data as a Service)
Event-indexed market data for quant teams and AI labs. Cleaner inputs, better models.
→ DIaaS (Decision Intelligence as a Service)
WHERE to act, WHEN to act, HOW MUCH to risk — with full transparency.
→ EaaS (Evidence as a Service)
Audit-ready packs for committees, compliance, and regulators. "Why did we do this?" answered in minutes.
