Adam Barton is a Hydrographic Survey Consultant with extensive experience in hydrographic, geophysical, and geotechnical roles within the offshore hydrocarbon, dredging, and renewable energy industries. They currently serve as Chief Surveyor Offshore at GEOxyz and have worked as a Freelance Survey Consultant at AB-Sea Surveys since 2016. Previously, Adam held the position of Senior Surveyor and Party Chief at Bibby HydroMap from 2011 to 2016, where they managed offshore QHSE and vessel mobilization. Adam’s educational background includes an MSc in Hydrography from the University of Plymouth and an MRes in Environmental Biology from the University of St. Andrews.
