Rushikesh Pathade is an experienced sales management professional with a comprehensive background in the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Senior General Manager of Sales Management and Strategy at Gera Developments since September 2015, Rushikesh has held several positions within the company, including General Manager and Deputy General Manager. Prior to this, Rushikesh worked as a Relationship Officer at Kolte-Patil Developers Limited, where responsibilities included coordinating with channel partners for lead generation and managing high-value project closures.
