Steven Ernest

Steven Ernest has extensive work experience in the legal field. Steven is currently serving as the Head of Litigation at Geraci LLP since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Cooksey, Toolen, Gage, Duffy & Woog for over 23 years, starting as an Associate in 1998 and eventually becoming a Partner. In their role as a Partner, they handled various complex litigation cases, specializing in commercial litigation, secured transactions, and insolvency. Steven represented clients in litigation involving secured transactions, recovery of collateral, and contractual obligations. Steven also had experience in defending trademark infringement claims, premises liability actions, and providing legal seminars to financial institutions. Additionally, Steven worked as an Associate at Aronowitz & Armstrong from 1996 to 1998 and as a Judicial Extern at the US Bankruptcy Court in 1995. Furthermore, they served as a Legislative Assistant for Congressman Edward R. Royce in 1993. Overall, Steven has a strong background in litigation, arbitration, mediation, and legal advisory services.

Steven Ernest received their Juris Doctorate (cum laude) from the University of Miami School of Law. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from American University. Steven completed their secondary education at Canyon High School.
