Amy Eaton

Amy Eaton, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in the HR field. Amy started their career at Gerber Plumbing Fixtures in 2007 as a Human Resources Coordinator, where they gained foundational knowledge in HR operations. In 2011, they briefly worked as a Recruiter at Interlake Mecalux Inc. before returning to Gerber Plumbing Fixtures. Upon their return, they assumed the roles of Human Resources Generalist from 2012 to 2015, and then progressed to become the Human Resources Manager from 2016 to 2020. Currently, Amy holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Gerber Plumbing Fixtures, where they focus on creating a fair and pleasant work environment that enables growth and development for all employees.

Amy Eaton, SHRM-CP, received their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Bradley University, where they attended from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained their Associates degree from Lincoln College between 2003 and 2005. In December 2018, they earned their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM Certification.
