Cindy Welsh

Cindy Welsh is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the plumbing and bath industry, currently serving as the Director of Sales for Home Depot at Gerber Plumbing Fixtures since April 2025. Prior to this role, Cindy held significant positions at Reliance Worldwide Corporation as Director of Sales from May 2014 to January 2025, and at Hansgrohe, Inc. from January 1999 to December 2014, where responsibilities included managing regional sales teams and achieving substantial sales growth. Early career highlights include serving as a National Account Manager and Showroom Manager at Ferguson Enterprises. Cindy earned a B.S. in Business Administration with honors in Marketing from the University of Florida in May 1997.
