Aline Marques

Aline Marques began their professional journey at 18 as a youth apprentice in the banking sector, gaining experience in supply chains, bids, and contracts. They transitioned into finance during an internship at an internationally controlled real estate company, where they helped establish a new enterprise. Currently, Aline serves as a senior regional analyst at Gerdau, providing support and ensuring the alignment of administrative processes across 18 branches. Aline has developed strong analytical, critical thinking, and leadership skills throughout their career, along with expertise in management tools such as SAP, PBI, and Salesforce. They hold advanced degrees in Data Analysis and Strategic Project Management from Descomplica, along with a Bachelor's degree in Administration from the Federal University of Ceará.
