Glaucio Lima

Glaucio Lima has an extensive career in the engineering and maintenance sectors, with significant experience at Gerdau since March 2011, holding various leadership positions such as Coordenador de Construção e Montagem SR - CAPEX and Senior Engineering Specialist - CAPEX. Key responsibilities have included managing both electromechanical and mechanical maintenance teams, with a strong focus on increasing equipment availability and business profitability through strategic planning and improvement initiatives. Prior to Gerdau, Glaucio worked at Arcelor Mittal from January 1990 to February 2011 as a Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring equipment performance and implementing maintenance services. Glaucio holds a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu in Gestão com Ênfase em Negócios from Fundação Dom Cabral and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from UNILESTE/MG.
