Isabella Mathis

Isabella Mathis has accumulated extensive experience in operational excellence and production management at Gerdau since August 2019, holding the positions of Coordenadora de Produção and Analista de Gestão. Prior to this, Isabella contributed to the improvement projects and management model implementation at Cosigua while in the role of Analista de Gestão. An earlier role as a mechanical engineering intern at Nuclep from June 2018 to August 2019 focused on technical design skills, including 3D and 2D modeling. Isabella began the career as an apprentice in maintenance at Gerdau from May 2014 to January 2016, involving electrical maintenance tasks and material control. Educationally, Isabella completed a degree as an Eletricista de Manutenção Industrial at Senai RJ from 2014 to 2015, complementing technical expertise in electrical maintenance.
