Leandro Paim

Leandro Paim is an experienced professional currently serving as a Product Owner in the Supplies area at Gerdau since December 2016, with a strong background in project management and procurement. Paim has held various positions including Project Manager for global software implementations, Account Manager for MRO imports and OEMs, and Scrum Master for corporate projects, demonstrating expertise in agile methodologies and strategic sourcing. Paim's academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Biochemical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, an MBA in Business Management from Faculdade IBGEN, and training in Data Science.
