Lísia Simon is a Learning & Talent Management Global Leader with a strong background in human resources and organizational development. They previously held roles such as HR Business Partner and HR Sr Manager at Gerdau, where they coordinated various HR programs and projects. Lísia has also contributed to talent development initiatives at Bunge Alimentos and Dell Computer, coordinating training programs and executive development.
