Lucas X. is a Mechanical Industrial Engineer, having graduated from CEFET-MG in 2011. They hold an MBA in Project Management from FGV and a Master’s degree in Materials Engineering from CEFET-MG with a focus on metallurgy, along with a specialization in Economic-Financial Engineering from IETEC. With over a decade of industrial experience in metallurgy projects, Lucas X. has worked from conceptual stages to commissioning and startup of industrial equipment and plants. They also have over a year of experience as a mechanical maintenance engineer in mining and have held various engineering roles, including project engineer at Primetals Technologies and engineering specialist at Gerdau.
