Marlon Lima

Marlon Lima is a co-owner at OXISMED LTDA and has been serving as the Chief of Production and Logistics at Gerdau since 2016. With extensive experience in production management, operational safety, and supply chain logistics, Marlon has successfully led teams of approximately 70 individuals, focusing on lean manufacturing and process optimization. Prior to this role, Marlon was the Chief of Production and Maintenance at Gerdau from 2011 to 2016, where they managed production efficiency and equipment maintenance. Marlon holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Paulista, an MBA in Engineering and Manufacturing Management from the University of São Paulo, and a specialization in Safety Engineering from Universidade Cândido Mendes.
