Paul Ness

Paul Ness is an accomplished Electrical Supervisor and Improvement Facilitator at Gerdau Monroe Mill, with over 12 years of supervisory experience and more than 18 years as a journeyman electrician. Prior to this role, Paul served as an Electronics Technician at Macsteel Monroe Division and North Star Steel-Monroe Division, where Paul advanced from an industrial electrician to supervisor. Paul possesses extensive expertise in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, along with proficiency in analyzing circuits, wiring diagrams, and performing LOTO procedures. Paul holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electronics Technology from Monroe County Community College and is a certified Journeyman Electrician through the NECA Electrical Apprenticeship Program.
