Tom Hohs

Tom Hohs is an experienced financial management professional with a robust background in the steel industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Accounting Operations at Gerdau since January 2019, Tom oversees the accounting operations of a $4 billion business and collaborates with executive leadership on financial reporting and analysis. Previously held the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Bayou Steel Group, where accountability included overall financial management of a $350 million operation. Tom's prior roles at Gerdau involved directing costing and control efforts and leading change management for ERP system implementation, alongside managing operations at the Jackson Steel Mill as Vice President and General Manager. Tom Hohs holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Michigan State University.
