David CHOL

David Chol is a maintenance methods and reliability manager with significant experience in production methods, continuous improvement, project management, and maintenance. Having worked at various companies, including UGITECH and Gerflor, they successfully led maintenance reliability initiatives and project industrialization efforts, achieving substantial reductions in failure rates and overseeing diverse teams. David is currently responsible for the maintenance reliability and methods pole at Gerflor, where they manage multiple projects and focus on team development and efficiency improvements. They hold an engineering education from Polytech Annecy-Chambéry.
