Daniel Penn is an experienced executive and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder/Board Director of Tickit Health, which is recognized as the first Canadian company admitted to the Startup Health Accelerator. Under Daniel's leadership, the company has secured revenue deals with 15 health systems, successfully implemented rebranding initiatives, and expanded the team from 2 to over 10 members. In addition to ongoing responsibilities at Tickit Health, Daniel acts as a mentor for entrepreneurship@UBC and is a US Mentor for the German Accelerator. Other notable roles include Chief Executive Officer at Hekate, Head of Business Development at Terramera, and strategy positions at Ensightful and Cultivatd. Daniel holds an MBA from IE Business School and an Honours Bachelor of Arts & Science in Human Geography from McMaster University, alongside a period of study at the University of Copenhagen.
