Franco Mora

Franco Mora is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in private equity, strategy operations, and venture capital, currently serving as Co-CEO at GustoMarket since May 2023. Mora has held mentoring roles with several organizations, including German Accelerator, Cleantech Open, Sustainable Ocean Alliance, Blackstone, and Weill Cornell Medicine, all since 2021, while also contributing to the Entrepreneurship Advisory Board at Cornell University since May 2019. As Co-Founder of ConveniencePlus from January 2019 to November 2023, Mora focused on transforming convenience retail to enhance profitability and efficiency. Previous positions include strategy advisory at Strategy&, part of the PwC network, and operations strategy at A.T. Kearney. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Diploma in Retail Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey, along with a B.A. in Communication from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
