Darla Cade has extensive work experience in Human Resources, holding various management positions throughout their career. Darla served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Germane Solutions from November 2019 to the present. Prior to that, they held the same position at The Germane Family of Companies from October 2016 to September 2022. Darla also worked as a Human Resources Director/HR Consultant at a Benefits Brokerage Firm from October 2014 to October 2016. Additionally, they have experience as an Executive Director at the Troy Area Chamber of Commerce in 2014. Earlier in their career, they worked at Heartland Federal Credit Union in multiple roles, including Manager of Corporate Lending/Operations Center and Manager of Compliance/Human Resources. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Dayton Progress from 1994 to 1996.
Darla Cade holds a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Language and Business Management from Wright State University. Darla has obtained additional certifications including Ohio Life and Accident & Health License from the Ohio Department of Insurance in 2015 and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in September 2020. Darla is also pursuing certifications as a Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and as a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM.
