Stefanie Grimm

Stefanie Grimm serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Germanedge, where responsibilities include leading the financial aspects of the company’s acquisition by Aptean and shaping the finance organization for enhanced decision-making and impact. Prior to this role, Stefanie served as CFO at Azena, overseeing the finance function for a startup in the IoT sector and driving financial strategy and operational excellence. With a rich background in various finance leadership roles at Bosch Security and Safety Systems, Stefanie has managed budgeting, forecasting, and business planning initiatives in both Germany and France. Stefanie began the finance career in sales and cost controlling at Bosch France. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Economics from The University of Bonn, a Master program in Economics from UQAM, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Konstanz.
