Athanasios Stratos

Athanasios (Tom) Stratos has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly with the OTE Group of Companies. Athanasios (Tom) started their career with OTE in 1998 and held various senior management roles until 2005. From 2006 to 2011, they served as the Director of Customer Support Services at COSMOTE Mobile Telecommunications S.A. In 2011, they joined the OTE Group of Companies again as the Director of Customer Services Fixed and Mobile. In 2009, they became the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cosmote e-Value, a subsidiary of Cosmote S.A. In 2014, they were promoted to Executive Director of Customer Services at OTE Group, a role they held until 2018. From 2019 to the present, they have served as the Chief Customer Operations Officer at OTE Group. Recently, in 2021, they became the CEO of Germanos. Throughout their career, they have played a key role in leading organizational strategies, managing large teams, and delivering award-winning customer experiences. Additionally, they have experience as a Commercial Director at LANTEC S.A. and as the Director of Sales and Marketing at TELPRO Communications Systems Ltd.

Athanasios (Tom) Stratos earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Ryerson University, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Athanasios (Tom) attended Ryerson University from 1987 to 1992.
