Caroline Pak

Caroline Pak has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Caroline is currently working at Geron Corporation as the Senior Director of Scientific Communications and Medical Information. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director for Global Scientific Communications and Medical Affairs at Sierra Oncology.

Caroline also has extensive experience at Pfizer, where they served in various roles including Medical Editor-In-Chief for Corporate Affairs, Medical Lead and Editor-in-Chief for the Chief Medical Office, and Medical Information Lead in Oncology and Neuroscience. Caroline was responsible for managing Pfizer's medical and scientific websites and creating patient-facing science and health content on external channels.

Before joining Pfizer, Caroline worked at CVS Health as a Pharmacy Team Leader, overseeing a team of pharmacists, technicians, and sales associates. Caroline was responsible for processing prescription orders, counseling patients, and managing medication inventory and budget.

Caroline began their career at RITE AID as a Pharmacy Team Leader, where they managed a large team of pharmacists and technicians in a fast-paced drive-thru pharmacy. Caroline also played a key role in process improvements and maintaining customer satisfaction scores.

Caroline Pak earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Pharmacy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia from 1993 to 1999. Caroline later pursued a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree at St John's University from 2008 to 2011.
