Dan De Cotiis is the Associate Director of End User Services at Geron Corporation, bringing over 25 years of experience in corporate end user support operations. They have a proven track record in managing teams, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and achieve SLA targets. Dan has successfully implemented various initiatives that resulted in significant cost savings and improved customer satisfaction, including reducing service desk costs by 30% and deploying upgrades across thousands of computers. Prior to Geron, Dan held leadership positions at Avis Budget Group, Siemens, and Merck, among others, focusing on IT service management and operational excellence.
