Jeff Ryel

Jeff Ryel has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jeff currently serves as the Director of Clinical Operations at Geron Corporation since July 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Pfizer as a Site Excellence Partner from December 2018 to July 2020.

From 2014 to 2018, Jeff Ryel held various positions at Puma Biotechnology, Inc., including Director of Clinical Trial Management and Associate Director of Clinical Trial Management.

Before that, they worked at SGS Life Science Services, where they held the role of Project Director from July 2011 to April 2014. Jeff also worked as a Clinical Project Manager from May 2005 to July 2011 and as a CRA from November 2004 to May 2005.

Prior to SGS Life Science Services, Jeff Ryel worked at Human Genome Sciences as a Senior/Lead CRA from June 2002 to July 2004.

Jeff started their career as a CRA at Agouron/Pfizer from February 1999 to June 2002.

Before entering the pharmaceutical industry, Jeff Ryel worked as a Research Department Director/Study Coordinator at Whitman-Walker Clinic from 1996 to 1999.

Jeff began their career in healthcare as a Staff Nurse at George Washington University Hospital in 1995 and also served as an HIV Nurse Case Manager at the City of Alexandria Health Department during the same period.

Jeff Ryel obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from George Mason University in 1995.
