Michael Frezza

Michael Frezza is a seasoned professional in the field of oncology and medical science, currently serving as the Regional Medical Scientific Director at Geron Corporation. They hold a Ph.D. in Cancer Biology from Wayne State University School of Medicine, where their dissertation work focused on the Ubiquitin-Proteasome Pathway and anti-cancer drug discovery. Previously, Michael held multiple roles, including Senior Medical Science Liaison and National Director at Alkermes and Mural Oncology, as well as Technical Sales Specialist at Helena Laboratories. Their early research experience includes a Post Doctoral Fellowship at Karmanos Cancer Institute and a Graduate Research Assistant position at Wayne State University, where they investigated key molecular mechanisms in prostate cancer.
