William Lints

Environmental Compliance

William Lints possesses extensive experience in environmental compliance and energy project development, currently serving in an environmental compliance role at National Grid Renewables since January 2025. Previously, Lints worked at National Grid, where responsibilities included the development and management of large-scale energy projects and providing strategic advice on environmental and energy policies. With a solid background in environmental planning from iParametrics, LLC, and leadership experience as General Manager at Empire Steel Innovations, Lints has demonstrated expertise in handling critical energy infrastructure and overseeing significant business transformations. Additionally, experience includes advising on environmental and agricultural legislation for Congressman Anthony Brindisi, environmental compliance management for Burrows Paper Corporation, and scientific research with the United States Fish and Wildlife Service. Lints holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Oklahoma State University and a Master's degree in Science Teacher Education from Utica University.
