Richard Porter has over 26 years of experience in the technical service industry. Currently serving as Service Team Leader at Gerotech, Inc. since January 2019, Richard has been a part of Gerotech since February 2000, initially as a Service Technician, where responsibilities included providing service, phone support, and scheduling while assisting customers with troubleshooting and machine repairs. Prior to this, from March 1997 to January 2000, Richard worked at Davco Mfg as a CNC set up and programming specialist, where tasks involved reading blueprints, designing processes, writing programs, and optimizing production cycle times.
