Aryldo Russo

Aryldo G Russo Jr, CEng FIRSE, serves as the Director of Innovation at GESTE Engineering since May 2023, focusing on RAMS and control-command systems. Previously, Russo held significant positions at CERTIFER from 2009 to May 2023, including Director of Innovation, where responsibilities encompassed geographical and mission portfolio development, as well as serving as Technical and Project Director for high-profile projects like Virgin Hyperloop One. With extensive experience as a Lead Assessor and Senior Assessor in safety analysis for signaling and rolling stock, Russo has also contributed to management and research roles in various organizations, including the AEbt Angewandte Eisenbahntechnik GmbH and AeS Group, specializing in safety-critical railway applications. Russo's academic background includes a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo, complemented by seminars in formal methods and software development for critical applications.
