Enes Hosgor

Enes Hosgor is the CEO and founder of GesundAI, a research project on drivers of firm-level AI adoption and innovation, and how they relate to government policies. Enes was previously the Chief Data Science Officer at caresyntax, a company working to make mission-critical health care settings such as surgery, interventional radiology and obstetrics smarter and safer.

Hosgor has a background in data science and IoT, and has used their skills to help automate clinical and operational decision support for surgical teams, and support all outcome contributors in the delivery and management of risk-bearing contracts. Their technologies are used in more than 7,000 operating rooms worldwide, and support surgical teams in over 10 million procedures per year.

Enes Hosgor has a Ph.D. in Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University's College of Engineering, an M.S. in Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University's College of Engineering, and an M.A. in Energy and Earth Resources from Cockrell School of Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin. Enes is also an Erasmus Fellow from Universiteit Utrecht. Enes Hosgor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geological Engineering from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University and is a graduate of Deutsche Schule Istanbul / Alman Lisesi.
