Jade C. has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career as a Manager at the Pickerington Youth Athletic Association in 2016 and later worked as a Hostess and Carryout at Bob Evans Restaurants, LLC. In 2018, they also served as an Assistant Choreographer at Passe Dance Ctr. In 2019, Jade worked as a Shift Lead at Get Air Management, where they managed a team and prioritized customer satisfaction. They also gained experience as a Barista at Starbucks during this time.

In 2021, Jade took on the role of a Resident Assistant at Miami University, providing support and resources to students. They also interned with the Dean of Students at Miami University, taking on the role of a Student Intern.
