Rhys Black is a versatile SaaS leader with a decade of experience in Operations and Product, currently working as the Director of Operations at Geomiq and Borderless Immigration. Previously, Rhys co-founded and served as CEO of Trade Nations and played key roles at RateSetter and Oyster®, where they helped scale the company from an idea to 700 employees. Rhys has successfully implemented strategic initiatives, including OKR processes, and has a strong background in leading diverse teams across multiple countries. Rhys is pursuing a BSc in Geological and Earth Sciences at the University of Glasgow and an MSc in Geophysics at University College London.
