Daniel João

Daniel João has had a successful career in the e-commerce industry. In 2018, they founded and served as COO of Get Commerce, where they helped people sell online and grow their businesses. During their time there, they were part of several programs, including the Programa Acredita Portugal 2022, Startout Ciclo Chicago 2022, Br Angels - Rodada Seed R$1. 2M 2022, Melhor Plataforma de e-commerce do Brasil, ABCOMM 2021, ScaleUp Sebrae 2021, Startout Ciclo Lisboa 2021, Top 3 Melhor Plataforma de e-commerce do Brasil, ABCOMM 2020, and Ciclo InovAtiva 2020. In 2021, they took on a role as MBA Professor at UFN Universidade Franciscana. From 2008 to 2018, Daniel João was COO - Executivo Chefe de Operações at RSWA Ecommerce e muito mais!, where they were the founder and responsible for daily operations. During their time there, they were part of several awards and recognitions, including the Programa Gaúcho de Qualidade e Produtividade, Primeira Empresa Inovadora - Prime - Finep, Melhor empresa Startup do Rio Grande do Sul - Assespro/RS, Graduação na UNITEC/Tecnosinos, and Graduação da ITSM/UFSM. From 2008 to 2018, they were also Professor universitário e Coordenador Acadêmico at Antonio Meneghetti Faculdade, where they taught courses in Systems Information, Administration, and Law and helped develop course policies, curricula, and evaluation for the Ministry of Education.

Daniel João has a diverse educational background. Daniel obtained a Mestrado em Engenharia de Produção from Universidade Federal de Santa Maria in 2009, with a focus on Qualidade e produtividade. From 2009 to 2011, they attended Antonio Meneghetti Faculdade, earning an MBA Business Intuition in Economia e Gestão Empresarial. From 2007 to 2012, they obtained a Graduação em Sistemas de Informação from Universidade Santo Amaro - Unisa, with a focus on Programação de Computadores. Additionally, they obtained a Bacharelado em Ciências Econômicas from Universidade Federal de Santa Maria in 2006, with a focus on Economia e Gestão Empresarial. Daniel has also obtained several certifications, including 36ª Imersão do Método 8Ps from 8Ps - Conrado Adolpho in 2018, SEO Expert from Alura Cursos Online in 2017, and Gestão de Vendas em E-Commerce from Escola do Marketing Digital in 2016.
