Roy Hughes

Roy Hughes is an accomplished commercial director and consultant with extensive experience in the travel and technology sectors. Since April 2019, Roy has served as the Commercial Director for GET-E International Ground Transfers, focusing on strategic planning and business development. Concurrently, Roy is building a portfolio career in consultancy through Tyler Hughes Ltd, where expertise in strategic planning and operational excellence supports various businesses. Previously, Roy held significant roles at Gett, overseeing commercial development and client account management, and was Commercial Director at Mountview House Group until its acquisition. Early career roles included general management positions at companies such as Hays, Kanoo Travel, and Irish Continental Group PLC, as well as senior management at STA Travel, where Roy contributed to substantial expansion initiatives. Roy holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science and Government from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from Keele University.
