Nick Kelly

Nick Kelly is the current COO at Get Licensed, and they have also previously worked as COO & CFO at Snap.hr from January 2018 to December 2020, and Head of Operations & Finance at Smith & Sinclair from January 2017 to December 2018.

Nick has experience working closely with a CEO, and is responsible for sales, marketing, customer success, operations, HR, legal and finance. Nick has also created a strategic plan for the business, identifying global markets and sales channels, optimum manufacturing strategy, and a finance and staffing plan.

Nick is skilled in consultancy and was able to halve production lead-time and increase sales agility through flexible packaging opportunities. Nick has managed the teams responsible for finance, operations, product innovation, sales, HR and legal.

Nick Kelly's educational career began at Worth School, where they completed their A-Levels and AS-Levels in mathematics, physics, history, French, further maths. Nick then went on to study mechanical engineering at the University of Bristol, where they achieved a 2:1 MEng. Finally, they became a CA (Chartered Accountant) through ICAS - The Professional Body of CAs.
