Sheina Kogan has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. sheina began their career in 1983 as a software engineer at Telrad Networks and worked there until 2001. From 2001 to 2012, they served as a senior software engineer at Broadlight. In 2012, they joined broadcom.com as a senior software engineer and then moved to Broadcom Limited in 2013, where they worked as a principal software engineer. sheina then worked at Lirhot Systems LTD from 2018 to 2020 as an embedded engineer. Sheina also had personal projects and retired in 2019. Currently, they are employed at Get SAT Ltd as an embedded software engineer, starting in April 2020.

Sheina Kogan earned a degree in computer engineering from the Politechnic Institute Bucharest between 1972 and 1977. sheina later pursued a master's degree in software engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, which they completed between 1973 and 1978. Additionally, they obtained a certification in software engineering from the Politchenic Institute of Bucharest in June 1978.
