Allyson Krause

Allyson Krause, MBA, RDN, LDN, currently serves as a Sr. Implementation Representative at CBORD, focusing on NetMenu implementations to enhance food production and patient meal management. Prior to this role, Allyson worked as a Registered Dietitian and Health Center Food Service Manager at Thomas Cuisine Management, where responsibilities included ensuring CMS compliance and menu development for a 110-bed health center. Allyson also held positions as a Nutritionist at Carol Stream Park District, counseling clients on dietary needs, and as a Consulting Dietitian for Linda Roberts & Associates Inc., providing expertise in long-term care facilities. Allyson holds an MBA with a Coordinated Program in Dietetics from Dominican University and a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences: Dietetics from Eastern Illinois University.
