Frank Perney

Frank Perney is an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager at CBORD since November 2019 and has also served as a Public Address Announcer for the Binghamton Rumble Ponies since April 2017. Before these roles, Frank held the position of Credit and Collections Manager at Return Path from October 2011 to August 2019 and served as Credit Manager/Traffic Manager at Top Line Broadcasting from February 2004 to December 2014. Additionally, Frank worked as an Assistant Traffic Manager at Cumulus Broadcasting from 2001 to 2004. Frank holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Penn State University.
