Frederick Schuster

Frederick Schuster is a seasoned technical support specialist with extensive experience in voice telecommunications and IT support. Since June 2011, Frederick has been a Sr. Technical Support Specialist at The CBORD Group, Inc. Prior to this role, Frederick worked at Diebold from August 2002 to August 2008, serving as Manager of PC Resources and Voice Telecommunications Engineer. Responsibilities included providing technical support, managing installations and upgrades of telecommunications equipment, and developing training materials.
