Janelle Sellet

Janelle Sellet is a seasoned professional with a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Miami University, earned between 1995 and 1999. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at CBORD since April 2018, and previously held the role of Customer Solutions Coordinator. Prior to this, Janelle worked at Great American Financial Resources from August 2002 to August 2024 as a Fulfillment Supervisor, where responsibilities included maintaining client databases and coordinating mass mailings. Earlier experience includes a position as Marketing Assistant at JWF Technologies from October 2004 to April 2006, managing customer calls and assisting with accounts payable.
