Jeffrey Chiu

Jeffrey Chiu has extensive experience in quality assurance and software testing, having served as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at CBORD since February 2018 and previously as an Advisory Software Quality Assurance Analyst at The CBORD Group, Inc. from 2000 to 2017. Jeffrey’s career progressed from a QA Technician to senior roles through demonstrated performance, collaborating closely with development teams to ensure timely software releases that significantly boosted sales even in challenging economic conditions. Responsibilities included designing and executing testing plans, managing a QA lab environment, assessing security updates, and providing customer support for software and hardware packages. Prior experience includes software development internships at Diebold Nixdorf and customer service roles at Baylor University, where Jeffrey provided technical support and assistance to students. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a minor in Telecommunications Productions from Baylor University.
