Natosha Bernard, CSM, is a Certified Scrum Master and a two-time NetSuite Certified Administrator who has consistently enhanced and streamlined business system processes. With a strong background in human resources and operational efficiency, they have successfully led initiatives that improved training programs, increased membership and revenue, and reduced employee turnover. Natosha’s diverse experience spans roles at Walgreens, Target, and The Home Depot, culminating in their current position as a NetSuite ERP/CRM Administrator and Project Lead at CBORD. They hold an MBA in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Public Relations and Mass Communication from Clark Atlanta University.
