Roy Santa Croce has extensive experience in business development and food service management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at The CBORD Group, Inc. since July 2005, Santa Croce previously worked as the Coordinator of Cafeteria Information Systems at Broome-Tioga BOCES, where responsibilities included overseeing the sale, installation, and support of NutriKids and MicroCheck POS Systems. Prior to that role, Santa Croce spent over 13 years as the Food Service Director in the Healthcare division at Sodexho Marriott Services, covering both long-term and acute-care segments. Roy Santa Croce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Juniata College, obtained in 1988.
