Anders Bauer is an experienced Agile Coach currently at GetAccept since November 2020. Previously, Anders served as CTO at Starweb AB from January to September 2020, overseeing the development and operation of the company’s SaaS system, managing a team of 10 professionals including backend and web developers as well as product owners and UX specialists. From November 2015 to December 2019, Anders was Development Manager at Mashie, responsible for technical strategy and managing a group of 13 individuals focused on creating a new multi-tenant SaaS system while maintaining legacy applications. Prior experience includes roles as a Software Engineer at CellaVision, ST-Ericsson, and Ericsson Mobile Platforms, where responsibilities encompassed software design and implementation, specifically in graphic display drivers and middleware applications. Anders holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, completed in 2004.
